Fire Engine Red Standard PLA+ is one of our most popular colors for printing parts and accessories. Built on a straightforward, entry‑level PLA filament, Standard PLA+ uses virgin NatureWorks Ingeo 4043d PLA resin with no fillers, delivering a predictable and reliable printing experience.
Because there are no fillers, the ideal print temperature may sit about 5–10°C higher than your usual PLA settings. This material is easy to print and surprisingly strong for fectomy prototyping and everyday functional parts. It emits a barely noticeable, pleasant sugary aroma when extruding, making it a comfortable choice for indoor printing environments.
