All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Some items are fulfilled and shipped directly from third-party vendors. In these cases, responsibility for loss transfers to you when the item is transferred to the carrier by the vendor.
