As with any carbon-fiber reinforced filament, expect the path ahead to be a touch different from standard PETG. A hardened steel nozzle is recommended to manage the abrasive nature of carbon fibers. PETG’s moisture sensitivity means proper storage: keep the spool dry and dry it again if it has absorbed humidity.

Supplier-Specific Shipping Terms
Some products ship directly from our supplier or manufacturer partners and may be subject to supplier-specific shipping rates, handling fees, delivery timelines, minimum order thresholds, or freight requirements. These supplier-specific terms may differ from Hobby Tech Supply’s standard shipping policy and may override general free-shipping offers where applicable.
When a product is subject to supplier-specific shipping terms, the applicable shipping rate or threshold will be based on the supplier’s current fulfillment requirements.
Phrozen Products
Phrozen products ship directly from the supplier. Phrozen orders under $333.34 are subject to a $60 supplier-direct shipping charge. Phrozen orders of $333.34 or more may qualify for free supplier-direct shipping unless otherwise stated.
No Hidden Fees:
All shipping costs and sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Note: Processing time does not include weekends or carrier transit time.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST start processing the same day. Please note that shipping timelines depend on each vendor’s schedule, so same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed.
Weekend and Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note: If your order contains items from multiple vendors, they may ship separately, and each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Reporting Shipment Damage:

Note: Returns will NOT be authorized if damage is caused by customer misuse or improper setup.

Reporting Missing Items:
If any items are missing from your order:

Returns:
