The board is black on one side for a ready-to-use surface, while the reverse shows the natural raw MDF color—great for projects that mix finishes or need a neutral back.
Important sizing note: sheets are hand-cut to 20" x 30". You may encounter very small variations due to the hand-cut process. 1/8" material can warp slightly, especially on larger pieces or in fluctuating humidity. We prioritize flatness and quality, but this natural characteristic isn’t a defect—it's a common trait of thicker MDF and bulk runs.

Actual results will vary with machine conditions and batch variability, so small test cuts are advised before large runs.

Material performance and care: store flat in a dry environment to minimize warping. If stacking, place protective sheets between boards. When engraving or cutting, secure the sheet firmly to prevent movement on large panels and use appropriate ventilation for safer operation.

Phrozen Products
Phrozen products ship directly from the supplier. Phrozen orders under $333.34 are subject to a $60 supplier-direct shipping charge. Phrozen orders of $333.34 or more may qualify for free supplier-direct shipping unless otherwise stated.
No Hidden Fees:
All shipping costs and sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Note: Processing time does not include weekends or carrier transit time.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST start processing the same day. Please note that shipping timelines depend on each vendor’s schedule, so same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed.
