    • Standard Shipping: FREE standard shipping for all orders over $100

      • The free shipping threshold applies to the subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

    • Expedited Shipping: Calculated based on item weight and priority selection (FedEx)

    • Flat Rate Shipping: $5 flat rate for orders under $100.

4. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time:

    • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Note: Processing time does not include weekends or carrier transit time.

    • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST start processing the same day. Please note that shipping timelines depend on each vendor’s schedule, so same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed.

  • Weekend and Holiday Orders:

8. Delivery Issues

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

    • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@hobbytechsupply.com or (412) 520-1022.

  • Lost Packages:

    • If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please complete the following steps:

      • Verify the shipping address provided.

      • Check with neighbors or building management.

      • Contact us for further assistance.

        • We may also ask you to file a missing package claim with the carrier so we can proceed with a replacement or resolution.

8.2 Damaged Packages

  • Reporting Shipment Damage:

    • If your package arrives damaged:  

      • Contact us within 7 days at support@hobbytechsupply.com.

      • Note: Returns will NOT be authorized if damage is caused by customer misuse or improper setup.

    • Take photos of the damaged packaging and items.

  • Resolution:

    • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Missing or Incomplete Items

  • Reporting Missing Items:

    • If any items are missing from your order:

      • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

      • Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).

      • Note: refunds will NOT be authorized if missing items are reported late. 

  • Resolution:

    • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund.

10. Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns:

    • Damaged or Missing Items:

      • These must be reported within 7 days of receiving your package so we can file the appropriate claims with the carrier or supplier.

    • General Returns (not related to damage or missing items):

      • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

    • After approval, you will receive return shipment instructions.

  • Conditions for General Returns:

    • Items must be unused, undamaged, with all components present, and in their original packaging.

    • Certain items (e.g., personalized goods, gift cards) may not be eligible for return.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.

      • Restocking fees vary by manufacturer and will be clearly communicated before a return is approved. 

    • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and associated fees.

  • Refunds:

    • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by WeCreat or WeCreat's authorized resellers are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the receipt date of the product (see top of page for your product’s warranty timeline).

WeCreat's limited warranty only applies to orders from regions listed on our Shipping Policypage. For products shipped outside of these regions, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

For quality-related warranty claims, WeCreat may provide a replacement part which will fix the issue, or request the product to be returned for repairing, or replaced it with a factory refurbished model of equal value when available, or a new item will be sent. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, WeCreat will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced, whichever is longer. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Process:

  • Buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase
  • WeCreat must document what happens when buyers troubleshoot the product
  • The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required
  • It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection
  • For defective items that WeCreat needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to WeCreat or if the defective item is not returned.

Valid proof of purchase:

  • Order number from online purchases made through WeCreat or WeCreat's authorized resellers
  • Sales invoice
  • Dated sales receipt from an authorized WeCreat reseller that shows a description of the product along with its price

Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim (such as receipt of money transfer and confirmation of address item was originally shipped to).

Warranty claims for product defects expire 90 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a warranty claim for items that have expired their original warranty timeframe or 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever is longer.

Shipping costs must be covered by buyer in the following situations:

  • Returning products for any reason other than a proven defect
  • Warranty claims on items taken outside the original country of purchase
  • Buyer’s accidental returns
  • Returning personal items
  • Returning items claimed to have defects but found by WeCreat quality control to be in working condition
  • Returning defective items in international shipping
  • Costs associated with unauthorized returns (any returns made outside of the approved warranty process)

Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Items that have expired their warranty period
  • Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
  • Free products
  • Repairs through 3rd parties
  • Damage from outside sources
  • Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly, fire damage caused by the processing materials ignition)
  • Purchases from unauthorized resellers

WeCreat is not liable for:

  • Loss of data incurred from use of WeCreat products
  • Returning personal items sent to WeCreat

When returning items for non-quality issues, buyer assumes responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit. WeCreat does not provide replacement/refunds for items damaged in transit for non-quality related warranty claims.

WeCreat reserves the right to interpret and modify this warranty policy at any time at its sole discretion.
