Why Pro PCTG Glow stands out
Print Pro PCTG Glow just like PETG, but enjoy the added toughness and glow. Its relatively low moisture absorption helps minimize warping and prints cleanly straight from the spool. No enclosure is required for most applications, making it a practical choice for multi-color setups and quick-turn parts. The glow effect adds an eye-catching finishing touch to prototypes, lighting fixtures, and display pieces where visibility matters.
Since October 2023, the 3D-Fuel Standard PLA+ and related spools have been manufactured using AMS-compliant packaging. Because colors move through our warehouse at different rates, you may receive an older spool type from time to time. This spool remains AMS-compatible, but you may need to leave the lid open a few millimeters to ensure proper airflow. Pro PCTG is compatible with AMS-equipped workflows, and you’ll experience consistent results across colors and batches.

Supplier-Specific Shipping Terms
Some products ship directly from our supplier or manufacturer partners and may be subject to supplier-specific shipping rates, handling fees, delivery timelines, minimum order thresholds, or freight requirements. These supplier-specific terms may differ from Hobby Tech Supply’s standard shipping policy and may override general free-shipping offers where applicable.
When a product is subject to supplier-specific shipping terms, the applicable shipping rate or threshold will be based on the supplier’s current fulfillment requirements.
Phrozen Products
Phrozen products ship directly from the supplier. Phrozen orders under $333.34 are subject to a $60 supplier-direct shipping charge. Phrozen orders of $333.34 or more may qualify for free supplier-direct shipping unless otherwise stated.
No Hidden Fees:
All shipping costs and sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Note: Processing time does not include weekends or carrier transit time.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST start processing the same day. Please note that shipping timelines depend on each vendor’s schedule, so same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed.
Weekend and Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note: If your order contains items from multiple vendors, they may ship separately, and each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Reporting Shipment Damage:

Note: Returns will NOT be authorized if damage is caused by customer misuse or improper setup.

Reporting Missing Items:
If any items are missing from your order:

Returns:
Damaged or Missing Items:

Items must be unused, undamaged, with all components present, and in their original packaging.
