3D-Fuel Pro PCTG is like PETG, but better in many ways. It’s tougher (up to 30x tougher than PETG), more chemically resistant, and offers greater clarity. This filament is easy to use with a lower moisture absorption rate than PETG and doesn’t require an enclosure—use it just like PETG. Its broad color selection and reliability make it an ideal choice for multi-color printing systems such as the Bambu Lab AMS. Print profiles for Pro PCTG on the Bambu Lab printers are available, helping you achieve consistent results right out of the box.
Pro PCTG offers enhanced chemical resistance compared with PETG. It resists prolonged exposure to alcohols (IPA, ethanol, methanol) without degrading or cracking, and shows better hydrocarbon solvent resistance. It maintains integrity in mild to moderately concentrated acids and resists strong bases more effectively. It also withstands harsh cleaning agents and oils better than PETG and remains durable under low-temperature conditions where PETG may become brittle. These properties translate to longer-lasting parts, fewer replacements, and more reliable performance in real-world applications.
AMS compatibility is part of the broader 3D-Fuel offering. Since October 2023, the 3D-Fuel Standard PLA+ has been produced on AMS-compliant spools. Because warehouse inventory movement can vary, you may receive an older spool type from time to time. These are still AMS-compatible, but you may need to leave the lid open a few millimeters to ensure smooth feeding in some color/lot combinations.

Supplier-Specific Shipping Terms
Some products ship directly from our supplier or manufacturer partners and may be subject to supplier-specific shipping rates, handling fees, delivery timelines, minimum order thresholds, or freight requirements. These supplier-specific terms may differ from Hobby Tech Supply’s standard shipping policy and may override general free-shipping offers where applicable.
When a product is subject to supplier-specific shipping terms, the applicable shipping rate or threshold will be based on the supplier’s current fulfillment requirements.
Phrozen Products
Phrozen products ship directly from the supplier. Phrozen orders under $333.34 are subject to a $60 supplier-direct shipping charge. Phrozen orders of $333.34 or more may qualify for free supplier-direct shipping unless otherwise stated.
No Hidden Fees:
All shipping costs and sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Note: Processing time does not include weekends or carrier transit time.
Order Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST start processing the same day. Please note that shipping timelines depend on each vendor’s schedule, so same-day shipping cannot be guaranteed.
Weekend and Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note: If your order contains items from multiple vendors, they may ship separately, and each shipment will have its own tracking number.

Reporting Shipment Damage:

Note: Returns will NOT be authorized if damage is caused by customer misuse or improper setup.

Reporting Missing Items:
If any items are missing from your order:

Returns:
Damaged or Missing Items:
