    • Expedited Shipping: Calculated based on item weight and priority selection (FedEx)

    • Flat Rate Shipping: $5 flat rate for orders under $100.

4. Order Processing Time

    • If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please complete the following steps:

        • We may also ask you to file a missing package claim with the carrier so we can proceed with a replacement or resolution.

8.2 Damaged Packages

  • Reporting Shipment Damage:

      • Contact us within 7 days at support@hobbytechsupply.com.

      • Note: Returns will NOT be authorized if damage is caused by customer misuse or improper setup.

    • Take photos of the damaged packaging and items.

  • Resolution:

    • We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Missing or Incomplete Items

Warranty

3D Potter Inc. provides a 1-year limited warranty on all printers, covering manufacturing defects and including free replacement parts as needed.

Pumps and mixers are covered by a 90-day warranty.

What’s Not Covered (or Voids the Warranty)

  • Damage from improper use
  • Any modification or alteration to the printer
  • Electrical surges, water damage, or fire damage
  • Lack of proper maintenance
  • Changes to configuration files
  • Consumable items (including clay, rubber seals, polycarbonate tubing, and similar wear items)

Extended Warranty Options

Extended warranties are available to help protect your investment:

  • $250 per year for all models (excluding Scara)
  • $450 per year for Scara series printers

Printers may be covered for up to three total years from the original purchase date.

Extended coverage is not available for obsolete or discontinued models.

Warranties are non-transferable.

Technical Support

Every 3D Potter printer includes 30 minutes of complimentary technical support.

Additional support is available at $100 per hour, billed in one-hour blocks or 15-minute increments.
