Return and Exchange Policy
Please read the following guidelines carefully before initiating a return or exchange:
1. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange (Printers only; filament is not eligible), please contact support@hobbytechsupply.com.

You will be asked for any additional information to complete return request (photos, printer model/serial number)

We will respond within 3 business days (delays may occur during holidays).

2. Eligible Products for Return:

Printers are the only items eligible for return or exchange.

Filaments and accessories are not covered under our return policy.

3. Return Window:

Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order.

4. Return Requirements:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

Non-quality related returns: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item in case of non-quality issues.

Quality-related returns: Seller will bear the shipping costs and provide the shipping label to customer (quality issues must first be determined by our support team).

6. Refused or Returned Shipments:

If the package is returned to our warehouse or delivery is refused, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

7. Refund Amount:

The refund will be based on the actual paid amount for the printer. Refunds will be processed after the item is received and inspected.

After your return request is approved, our customer service team will contact you with the warehouse address. Please do not return the item to any address without confirmation from our team.

9. Refund and Exchange Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 1–3 business days. After processing, the refund will typically appear in your bank account within approximately 3 business days, depending on your payment provider.

For exchange requests, we will arrange the shipment of the replacement item within 1–3 business days after receiving and confirming the returned product.

10. Cancel Order Policy
You can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.

Order cancellation will not work in the following cases:

If you are using third-party checkout instead of Shopify native checkout, like Affirm.

Order has been fulfilled

Customers can only cancel the whole order
