My son seems to enjoy it. First telescope that he has had that isn't too complicated and he can actually see things.

The build quality is superb for the price, although Sensetive to drops, regarding its good quality core components.
The Functions are so easy to understand,use and get used to!
Plus the quality of the images are mind numbing!

Stunning views of deep space and GOTO capability is a game changer.
Too amazing to describe. I had a somewhat "toy" telescope for years that I enjoyed using in the backyard but having to constantly adjust the site to the moving earth was not very easy and distracting. But this GOTO computer 8SE Iis truly amazing how it first finds the specific star/planet/asteroid or deep space galaxy/nebula AND then automatically follows it as the Earth turns makes star gazing an entirely different experience. Pricier than the $300 to$500 scopes but worth every penny.

Beautiful moon shots
This scope was easy to put together and set up. I aligned the red dot to a telaphone pole in the distance and it is easy to align with what I want to see. Requires quite a few AA batteries if you don't have a power supply. Image looks good through all eyepieces. Took the photo through the eyepiece without the phone adapter.
