Limited Warranty
Standard Warranty
Most products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date they ship. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Extended 3-Year Warranty (Welders Only)
The following welder models include a 3-year warranty:
Zapp, Zapp Plus, mPulse, mPulse30, Orion PJ, Orion 100c, Orion 150s, Orion 250s, and Orion 200i.
What’s Not Covered
Except for the limited warranties listed above, no other warranties are provided. This means:
- No warranty of fitness for a specific purpose
- No guarantee of performance or compatibility
- No guarantee against intellectual property infringement
This applies to both products and any included software.
Third-Party Products
Some items may include components or software made by other manufacturers. These third-party products:
- Are not covered by this warranty
- May have their own warranty from the original manufacturer
- Can be supported by us within reason—we’ll help you contact the manufacturer, but any costs are your responsibility
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To qualify for warranty service, you must:
- Notify us in writing within 5 days of discovering a defect.
- Allow us to inspect the product.
- Return the product to us (if requested) with a valid RMA number. Items must be prepaid, insured, and shipped to the address we provide.
- The issue must be verified as a defect that occurred under normal, proper use.
When the Warranty Does Not Apply
The warranty is void if:
- You continue using the product after discovering a problem
- The issue is caused by incorrect installation, improper use, poor maintenance, or ignoring instructions
- The product is altered or repaired without our written approval
- Anyone other than our technicians or authorized partners performs repairs without our permission
Consumable items (like electrodes or gas tanks) are only covered for defects visible upon delivery. Once used, they are no longer covered.
What We Will Do
If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, we will choose one of the following options:
- Repair the product
Replace the product or defective part
- Refund or credit you based on the original purchase price
If we request the product be returned, shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Your Exclusive Remedy
These repair, replacement, or refund options are the only remedies available under this warranty. No other promises or representations—verbal or written—are valid unless included in this warranty.

Optional Extended Warranty
Customers have the option to extend the warranty for any Pulse Arc, Laser or Resistance Welder to a Forever Warranty using a paid subscription service. The warranty will be valid as long as the subscription remains active and includes:
- Complimentary Loaner for Repairs
- Free Replacement at supplier's discretion
- Free Software Upgrades
- Complimentary shipping for any repairs
- Expedited Customer Service
